Item Tracking Lines Performance problem

Hi everyone,
When I click on Item Tracking Lines -> Assign Lot No. button it is showing me window for counter of Item Ledger Entry & it is taking too much time.
How can I make this operation fast ?
Whether I have to reindex on any table?
