3 way invoicing

One of my clients mentioned that they do 3 way invoicing. Anybody knows how to do that in navision or what the process is?

Why not ask them what 3 way invoicing is?

3-way invoicing might be different to them then say another company.
So you need to understand their needs.

is your client mean like free trade invoice, sample invoice, export invoice etc. You have to relly study their requirement in detail. Navision can be customised to any depth requirement. This is very easy in navision.

A better way is to just ask. Don't waste your time here reading responses that is not what you're customer intends.
