GetFolderFromID / How do i get the ID of an Outlook Folder?

Hi,
i want to copy Contacts to an Outlook Folder. This is not the default contact folder, but a subfolder from Contacts. How do I get the ID from this folder. I need this to set the folder with the function GetFolderFromID in olMAPI Automation.
Could anybody please help me?
