You have to import a file into Navision to update the field captions.

Are you referring to download Czech Language Module?

After executing the .exe file which is included in the zip-file, you find the document "Readme Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision 4.0.sp2 language module.doc". This contains everything you need to know.

You need to import the .flm file using Tools -> Language Module -> Import.

    It's all in the docs!

this line is present in my license file

    4,020 Module Multilangue - Multilangue

does it mean I can use czech language??

    Granule 4020 is for Inventory.

The granule ID's for Multi Language are in the range 4801..4999.

    Read the docs:
You can only use this language module if your personal license file contains the language granule for this language.

If the language is not in your license, you cannot select it. If you were able to change the menu into Czech language, the license is OK. Your problem is that the DB doesn't include CSY captions for your tables and forms. You need to import .flm file into your DB through TOOLS-Language Module-Import in object designer (and you select all objects before that...). Warning! All modify flags and modifications date and times will be changed on all objects when the .flm file is imported!
