How can I import correctly characters like ç, á, é, etc using Dataports?

You can import normally using dataports.
But windows sould be configured as portuguese
XP (control panel -> regional and language options -> advanced -> portuguese.
Normally the windows is configured only with
portuguese keyboard.

My fellow countryman,
My OS is windows 2000 and it's configurated as portuguese, like you suggested, but I still can't import/export correctly the characters.

I've got a codeunit that you can call to convert all of these charaters.
I'll try to upload it so you can download this codeunit from the download section. It's called "ANSI-ASCII CONVERTER".
