Hello,

Yesterday I have cleared MB7-222 exam with 94%. Now i have to get register at officall microsoft forum for MCP's. Since this is for the first time i have given any certification i dont know the exact procedue. Can anybody tell what i should do.

You won't get an MCP ID until May, I believe.

The MB7-222 is development I, no?
To be honest, I had to clear 4 certification exams and 2 preparation exams to get my MCP ID, so I doubt you'll get one. :-k

I actually just mean that certification has been changed a few times ... Recently the "master"-certification doesn't exist anymore, they call it now:
"Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional - Developer for Microsoft Dynamics NAV"

For this, you need 2 core exams and two optional. Exam MB7-222 is one of the core exams.

No, I'm pretty sure it's April or May, at least here in the US.

By June, all the NAV solution centers will need 2 certifications and a couple of elective exams to continue selling Navision.

So whats the workaround. Even if i will recieve my certificate MAY/JUNE i wont be getting any MCP Id.

Write now i cannot update my resume; because i have no proof other thn tht score sheet that i have recieved from PROMETRIC testing center immediately after the paper.

I have been emailing all the authorize ppl of both Microsoft and Prometric but i am afraid there is no positive reply. They are not even giving me a clue. What the h* i mean thats our ultimate right.

I have cleared both MB7-221 and MB7-222 but its useless.
Please guys help me out... i m moving to Calgary, Canada in few weeks and have to apply for Navision jobs over there. So i dont want to waste a single minute..

So include the result in your resume and provide a copy of the test result. If they ask a question, you can explain what is going on. The people that you will deal with, know all about these issues.

Hi since you are MVP Microsoft Business Solutions Navision, so can you tell me what the reason behind it and whats the resolution.

Yeah i will surely attach copy of test result and i am very much confident abt my skills but still that would be better if i go through a proper way, but whats the solution....

I have no idea why, and there's is nothing I can do about it, sorry

All I am saying is that if you indeed passed the test, but have not yet received an MCP number, then that is what you can tell people.

Like I said, Microsoft has not assign any MCP IDs to the people that have became certified masters. The only thing I received was a piece of paper saying that I'm now a:

Microsoft Certified Business Management Professional - Developer for NAV

A long title that I can't put into any business cards...
