Want to make a field as mandatory for input? How?

The concept of Navision it's to validate fields during post. There are a few alternatives but don’t has the expected result.

Try to insert a new record, it will be properly stored without any value entered into this field.

Only in the case that field is in primary key, NotBlank property does what it should do.

I tried everything but didn't find proper solution to make foreign key which will accept only values from lookup table.

Is i forgot o mention. Key = Primary Keys. The others don't work.
