    Hi Asier

As far as i could tell Sychronize will sych the item you are currently on, say your contacts, while Full Synchronization will sych everything that can be sych, eg contact, calendars entries, etc

Synchronize - differential sync - just changed things are transfered
Full Synchronize - everything is transfered

    Yes, kine is correct.

The purpose of the Full Synchronization is to synchronize all the data which meet the filter conditions specified for the synchronization items.

The simple Synchronization is used to synchronize all the entities which were changed since the last synchronization, and, of course, meet the filters condition specified for the synchronization items.
