Go through the Solution Development PDF in detail. I am also appearing for the same in 2 weeks time. Also put stress on the chapters 4,5 and 6 of the solution development PDF. Also some of the questions will come from the MB7-221 exam. Search the mibuso froum and u will get a lot of questions over there.
