Outlook Synchronization

Hi,
I'm working with the outlook synchronization in NAV 5.0.
Now, its working quite nicely, except i have to do a Full-Synchronization everytime i want to update my calendar instead of a normal synchronization.
I'm synchronizing a service table uni-directional from NAV to Outlook.
Does anyone know who / what to do to make the normal sync work in outlook?
Thanks.

Hi.
The issue can be in the following… When you are performing normal synchronization, only entities which were changed since the last synchronization are synchronized. If you have no data, I guess nothing was changed.
But maybe your problem is in the Change Log functionality. It used to track changes on the NAV side. The Change Log must be enabled and all the tables which taking part in the synchronization must be registered there. It can be done from the Outlook Synch. Entity or Outlook Synch. User Setup form (Synch. Entity or Setup --> Register in Change Log Setup…).
I hope it helps.0
