Error 183

Client have the following error message when opening Navision:
The operating system returned the error (183)
Cannot create a file when that file already exists

Client then can't open Navision.
Anyone know what is the cause for this error message?

    problem is that when u r going to open the Navision then at that time the Navision has already open thats y the os is giving error

    No, there's no open Navision. Trying to open and then get the error message.

    Try to restart the DB-Service (you have Native-DB, don't you)
