Yes you can perform this activity if you are using Warehouse Receipt
granule. In Warehouse Receipt you can receive the material against
multiple P.O

If you are not using warehouse then you have to customise it. You have to design few form on which you can call the po lines by calling a function of create purchase receipt and then you can select the po nos. with po qty. and qty. to receive field.
