I would like to know what´s the differences between 3.70 version and 3.70B.

One of the reason deals with inventory costing. Navision 3.7b addresses a lot of inventory valuation usability issues. Basically, it's done so you don't have to run the adjust cost process everyday.

Client stability has also improved. Client 3.70 it's a little unstable

370 client does not work under Citrix without administrative rights, 370b does.
