Event stream error in Business Notification

I have installed correctly Business Notification Server present in Navision 4.0 SP2, then I have created a new schema with event 'Items Not Received' of 'Purchase Order' XMLport (present in CRONUS db), then I have completed and started correctly this schema.
I have configurated the 'Setup Business Notification' and then I have used the form 'Business Notification Worksheets' to create notification line and send this line to Business Notification.
When Navision client call XMLport event (in codeunit 8000), it writes in event viewer this message:

Could not commit event stream! Following exception occured:


Error while creating event stream!

It seems that message bus web server doesn't invoked, in fact if I cancel value of 'BN_MessageBusUrl_0' field of Property Store table, in the event viewer Navision writes the same precedente error event.

I have the license for execute Business Notification granule.

The error happens when the user that raises an event is the same one of notification services.

i have installed the business notifictation using Nav 4.0 sp3 and SQL 2005


but when i am trying to create or Using the existing Schema a error is coming saying ( select the compnay in navision ) but client is allready running with selected company and database

help me out if can
