How to modify the Open Company Form

rodbernardorodbernardo Member Posts: 34
We are multiple companies; every user has access to different company.

We want to modify the Open Company Form, we want to add additional fields (ex: Business Units, State)

We were able to modify the Form ID: 357, we can insert the required fields. But when trying to run the form at run time we still get the same layout of Company Form (when you press ctrl+0, or you select File->Company->Open) which has only one Field – the Name of the companies.

Can you please give us directions how to modify the Open Company Form?

    Hey,

Form 357 is based on the Company table (2000000006) so you would also need to add any additional fields onto that. However, this table is a Navision system table which means you probably won't be able to alter it, or you would need a high-level license. I tried changing it with my developer's license and it wouldn't let me.

You can define the fields in Company information table not in the company.

With a 003 license you can change that table.
