Problem in BA for customized tables and fields

Hi,
I got one problem in BA.
I create a cube on one customize table.
When I run the configurator for that cube it shows me error at updating datamart.
Why it shows me error on customized table?It dosent shows me any error on other tables.
Is it not possible to create cube for customized table?Is it microsoft known issue?
