Dimension Levels

Hi,

how many levels of dimension values are adviseable in NAVISION.
for example:

Level 1 Begin Total
Level2 Begin Total
Level3 Begin Total
Level4 Begin Total
Level5 Standard
Level4,Total End Total
Level3, Total End Total
Level2, Total End Total
Level1, Total End Total

if i define dimension values like above specified manner, is there any issue regarding Analysis by dimension feature or any speed issue.

I dont think there is any such issue in Navision for dimensions. You can define these as many level as you require. I have used upto 8 levels.

You can define the number of hierarcy as per you need. There is no such restriction.
But be cautious in using this as this will tag the lower hierarcy in the upper level and that will be fixed unless you rename the dimension value code (Not Advisabel).
Use different dimensions codes instead.
