URGENT HELP - using XMLPort

Hi,

I am very new in xmlports and I have to design a xmlport in which I have to link Sales Header-Line and Customer.

When I get the Customer phone from Customer table by the Customer No. in Sales Header the phone does not change after the first record. I tried by assigning a variable on onbeforepassfield trigger but this time I got nothing

I also have to get the total quantity of items in sales lines and it finally worked but I think I have written so much code for a case like that. I wonder what kind of a method will you use in cases like that?
