Not able to resize Navigation Pane

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem. I tried my level best to solve this. I was trying to resize Navigation Pane and some how it became in maximized mode. That is, it is occupying the entire workspace area of Navision. Now I am not able to resize it to its original size. When Navigation pane is in maximized mode, if we open any form ( say purchase order ), it is not getting displayed. If I switch off navigation pane using Alt+F1, then purchase order form is visible. Again if I switch on Navigation pane using Alt+F1, navigation pane occupies the entire screen by pushing Purchase Order form to the right side ( making it invisible ).

May any one please tell me as how to reset navigation pane to its original size. May be by setting some values in startup files, editing registry....

I did search the forum. I am using Navision 4.0 SP1.

Thank you

    Hi,

Delete the zup file and again open Navision. Your problem will be solved.

Exactly I also don't know the path where it is stored, To find zup file you have to search and include hidden file in advance search option.

    Hi Vivek,

Thank you very much. I deleted the zup file and it worked. ZUP file is
stored under C:\Documents and Settings\{LoginID}\Application Data.

    Hi ,
I read that this problem has been fixed in one of the newer service packs..---either 4.02 or 4.03.

also the Zup doesn't necessarily need to be deleted

    See this download: http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=552

But upgrading to the newest SP3 - is really the way to go.

I had this problem surface yesterday using 4.0 SP3 build 23305. I don't believe they ever fixed the real problem.
