There is no "exact" certification for navision SQL. However you can go, for certification Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional Microsoft Dynamics NAV Installation & Configuration, you need to pass:

Core Exams (2 out of these 3 exams required)

- Installation and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0

- MS Exam 70-228: Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition

- MS Exam: TS: 70-431: Microsoft SQL 2005 – Implementation and Maintenance

Elective Exams (2 out of these 7 exams required)

- Financials in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0

- C/SIDE Introduction in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0
