Query on prod order creation

Hi

Suppose x quantity of Item A and x quantity of item B are required to produce x quantity of Item C.
At the time of creating production order for item C, if I select x quantity of item A and w quantity of item B, I want the system to give me an error that the quantities are not matching.
Are there any settings by which this can be accomplished?
