Could anyone please help me note the main benefits with upgrading a NAV4 SP3 installation to NAV5? Are there any? :?:
Kind regards
Alves
The benefits would be the new features with 5.0. Here's a couple off of the top of my head:
1. Improved inventory costing
2. Kits
3. pre-Payments
4. Improved Job
5. Document attachements
Don't know if "improved" jobs is a good reason. Many partners customized this part of NAV, thus resulting in a bigger upgrade effort...
Still, the functionality offered is not a bit enough to adminster a decent project administration....

Tell me about it; I'm currently doing an upgrade (or should that be reimplementation) of an application that heavily customizes this part of NAV. To call it a headache is an understatement.

Any ideas if there are any size/type limitations on the document attachements?
Spam should ONLY be for Burgers. Maybe Chili. But that's it....
