Inventory Adjustments - Upload

I have to do some inventory adjustments, quite a few, and was wondering if it would be easy to upload from an Excel spreadsheet instead of manually entering them? If so what table would I do the dataport into? I am guessing it would be a journal that would then get posted.

    Item jounal if you don't have activated advanced warehouse func.
    else use Warehouse jounal
