error while browsing commerceportal

hi all,
this is viswanath
i got one problem working with commrce portal.
i have configured all the things needed to commerce portal
whilebrowsing the site http://localhost/commerceportal i am getting the error that the site is in underconstruction
at the same time i am able to brouse commerce portalbizdesk which is located in default website.
can anyone help me in this senario
