Reports in Employee Portal

I am trying to run a report iin Employee Portal. When I click on the link
I get the following error message:
Error during Picture Processing (102): Error during image creation.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks,

    I am not sure, if the NEP is able to show report with pictures, I hope that yes. But it means that the report must be generated into html and the picture must be saved somewhere. May be that it is permission problem or printer driver problem. Try to ask Microsoft support for that...

    Thanks for the response. At first I thought it had something to do with
    a logo on the report but I replaced that report with one that had no picture and I got the same error message. There is very little information out there about employee portal, just the very basic stuff.

    1) You need to have printer installed on the server
    2) Which printer you have installed?
    3) There must be free space on the disk
    4) The user account used for running the NAS for NEP must have access to the disk to create the file with the report.

    Thanks again for the response. I now have the report working. I did find out one thing. You can's have a picture on the report without modifying
    the stock code quite a bit. I keep running in to problems at every turn so I will probably be posting another question very soon. Thanks!
