Bypass EP Users by using a Public account

I need to add every domain user in the EP users table before they can access the webparts or else they get a message "Access Problem (1): User HOME\USER1 has no group".
Can I bypass this and use a dummy public user in EP? Which codeunit do I need to modify? Thx.
