Yes there is a way, but not easy!
Just open the 4.0 TOOLS CD and look for the Online Help Toolkit (not sure of the exact name). There is a PDF that guides you through the process.

Company Notes
Navision Attain contains a Company Notes feature. This feature allows you to write notes that are related to individual topics in the online Help.
You can only create one note for each Help topic, but the note can be as long as it needs to be. When a note has been written for a topic, it will be displayed at the top of that topic.
The Company Notes feature can serve many purposes. A note can explain company policy regarding a feature that is described in a Help topic. A note can explain company-specific procedures for the step-by-step completion of certain tasks that are related to a Help topic. The notes could also simply list tips and tricks for using the feature described in the Help topics.
Note
If you print a Help topic that contains a company note, the company note will also be printed. However, if you print a book of Help topics that contains some company notes, the company notes are not be printed.

I thought that adding notes would be useful - But I find them rarely accessed. I guess for new employees it's helpful.
Probably notes entered for 3.6 would be pretty useless in 5.0 anyway.
