Posting from ledger entries to GL

In a Not-for-Profit version of Navision, there is the ability to choose 'Do Not Post' to the GL for donor contributions [built on the Relationship Management module]. We had a scenario where after Jan 1, when we switched to begin posting all detail to GL, some recurring entries were missed and thus posted to the Constituent Ledger but not the GL. Anyone aware of a method to post to the GL from a ledger or do I have to start over by moving those ledger entries back into the journal? I figured that someone somewhere has had the same problem.
