Calculate Payroll in Navision 3.6

I am using the calculate payroll function in the payroll journal in Navision 3.6 and it is only calculating payroll for the first employee in the journal. We can calculate other employes by using the calculate single employee option, but we need to be able to run the calculation that will calculate all employees at the same time. We are using unmodified objects. Does anyone know if this is a known Bug in Navision? or what causes this?
