Payroll report issue

When I try designing 3 payroll reports in 4.00 SP3, 14020058 T4 - Summary, 14020101 Calculate Payroll, and 14020102 Calculate Single Employee, I get the error, 'The internal buffer size has been exceeded. Please remove one language or shorten the 'Text???' text constant. Please notice that if you save the object, you will loose information!'. The ??? is the number of the Text constant. It is different for each report. When I click OK, it goes into the designer for the report. I click View Globals and nothing is there. When I Esc from the Globals and go back in, the Global variables are there but there is nothing in the Text??? ConstValue. These report are standard Navision report and have not been modified. The reason I am conserned is because I am doing an upgrade that includes payroll. I get this message when I am importing the objects. I just wanted to know if anyone has seen this problem and knew if Microsoft has fixed it.
