Hi all....

I am very new to navision, and am trying to get my feet wet here.... I created a report, and when I try and save it, I get a "you don't have permission to create the report" message.

I am a super user with super rights..... Is there something easy I am missing?

Thanks for any help you can give!
Kim

What object ID do you use when saving the report? You probably only have proper rights to create reports in the range 50000 - 50099.

What license file are you using? If you are using the CRONUS demo license, some restrictions apply.

Then check your license file if you have the Report Designer granule or Reports (100) granule. If you can't see these granules, you cannot create new reports. Contact your Solution Center to update your license.

Thanks...to test I logged on as another user (I should have thought of that before).. .and was able to create and save a report. So that leads me to believe that it is a permissions issue for my user account. The permissions I have is super. I am unsure what to choose to allow me to save reports.

    Thanks for your help

Yup.. that's what I have been doing. I don't have my own logon...I use the other persons. I can save reports using their name on my pc. Just not my Name taht I created...

    I just use theirs.
