Commerce Gateway Licensing Requirements

Hello all,
A quick question for any of you with experience in Commerce Gateway licensing.
We are looking at implementing Commerce Gateway as an EDI solution at a customer.
They currently deal with basically only 1 supplier, and 1 customer agent, i.e. one supplier (outsourced warehouse with consignment stock from other vendors), ships their purchases to them, and the 1 customer agent places all sales orders, for multiple Navision customers.
My question relates to whether I need to license Commerce gateway unlimited, if only these 2 partners (who are actually neither a customer or a vendor) will be sending me XML docs containing documents for multiple actual vendors and actual customers.
So the way I see it, if they use Biztalk, it will only be 2 different connectors or whatever they are called, as we will only be receiving / sending files between 2 external parties.
The price list explanation says :
"Commerce Gateway (99,008,510)
Integration
The granule gives you access to 20 partners. A partner can either be a customer, vendor or a marketplace."
Can anyone clarify this for me ? I don't know if marketplace indicates people I exchange information with etc ?
I just want to make sure I dont over or underquote for this solution to the customer.
Thanks,
Regards
Steve
