Hotfix for customer

We r the partner of Microsoft.
If we download any updated tax Hotfix for vat and import it in the customer database having cutomer license.
Then it shows me error on posting invoice "u do not have permission to insert in value into vat entry table". :-k ](*,)
Is it problem of customer license or else?
How to solve this problem. please suggest. [-o<

    Find where the insert is and check if permissions were changed from the former version?

    Check CU 12. In CU properties you can set the permissions explicitly.
