Changing the Best Price Equation

We use this thing called Rental Advantage. I don't know if it comes with Navision but it has something called Best Price. Does anyone know about this? Does anyone know how I might change it?
I am severely lacking in information from the people who assigned me this.

Navision, by default, always uses the best price when entering orders.
