While Navigating from one text field to another the cursor goes to third field

e.g. if I have three text filed A,B & C and if cursor is at A then on Enter it goes to C instead of B

Use Next Control on the textbox to get the right field.

It depends on how the fields are placed on the form. Check that you are using grid and that the controls are placed on the grid (left side of the controls must be at same position).
