problem in production shedule

When i click on manufacturing =>planning =>production shedule
It shows me error like

This is message for C\Cal programmer
Could not create an instance of OLE Controll or automation server identified by .........some no. are here ..............unknown class
Check the OLE Controll or automation server correctly installed and registered.

Why I got this type of error.When I reinstall the NAV it shows me same error.I am using NAV 4.0 SP2
