What do you mean by that? Are you talking about user manuals for the end users. All the user manuals are normally prepared as per the configurations/customizations done as per the client, so user manuals has to prepared accordingly for each customer. For reference purpose you can use the standard training material.

is there any softcopy like PDF or DOC file of training mannual.
i have not so much modification in software so if i will give that,
my purpose will be solved.

From 4.0 onwards Microsoft have started giving the Hard Copy of the Manuals and as far as I know soft copies are not available atleast ofiicially.
