If any user has forgotten or changed the password which he do not remember, The system admin can change the password. If the super user has forgotten the password , you need to fill in 7 asteriks (*) in the password, the database will be opened and you need to assign new password for the super user in the securities roles and permission.

You can use the enterprise manager to modify the password.

If you use database login with SQL you need to synchronize the login. Under Tools, Security select Database logins and locate the user in question. Then from Tools, Security select Synchronize Single Login.

That should take of the problem.
