Good Morning,
I am running Navision 3.70b on a dell poweredge 6600 with 6GB memory. The OS is windows 2000 server standard edition. I knew that there is a way to take the advantage of assigning more memory to my SQL 2000 server standard edition. But I could never find the proper way of doing it. Here is what I just found out:
1. In order to make /3GB in boot.ini file, I have to upgrade my windows server.
2. SQL 2000 server standard edition can only handle up to 2GB memory.
3. M$ stop supporting Navision 3.XX
Please help me with my questions:
1. Is above 3 things correct?
2. Can I just upgrade my Windows 2000 server to Windows 2003 server standard edition and Navision 3.70b could run on it ?
3. Is setup /3GB in BOOT.INI file the only thing I have to do to make SQL utilize more memory?
Thanks,

Navision 3.70 depends on SQL Server not the OS. You can run the server in Windows NT, Windows 2003, or even in Windows XP (using SQL Developer)
I think Navision 3.70b is still supported but is near the end of life.
