How to Import documents from Employee Portal into Navision

Hi,
Is there any way around where i can upload documents from employee portal/sharepoint and save the documents in Navision or on a server as defined by the user.
I tried to create a report and defined in navision and i can see the link "upload documents" in employee portal but it is not working?
The report if i run from navision works fine and imports any documents.
Is there any way i can achieve this?
