Error Accessing Navision via Citrix from other countries

Hi Guys
When one of the user from another country accession NAV via Citrix getting the error
'Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision has encountered a problem and needs to close'
They are running 4.0 (no SP). It that a bug in NAV ?.
Their other country users also face the same problem.
Please advise.

NAV 4.0 w/o SP is very unstable. I don't recommend to use it. Use SP3.0
