No there isn't. The only way I've learned them is through experience and using the software.

Do you mean in designer or on form?

This tip has been a little helpful for me...
    • From Table Designer where you see the list of fields, put the focus on Field Name.
    • Press and Hold Shift and press down (so that you have highlighted two lines).
    • Press the first letter of the Field Name that you want to find (eg. B for Bank Account No.) it should then take you to the first Field that starts with that letter.

Each search you have to highlight the next line and do the process again (although sometimes you get lucky and the FocusBox leaves the Field Name uneditable so you can just press the letter again and again without having to select lines to get it uneditable).

Hopefully this helps you out a little :)

I understood the question to be "What are mandatory fields that are required for a record" :-k

Copy to excel and find the field is "handy" when searching for one piece of the name (e.g. when many fields start with same letter(s)).

Or make a form on table "Field" and run it and filter on the table you need. (No need to save the form).

From Table Designer where you see the list of fields, put the focus on Field Name.
Press and Hold Shift and press down (so that you have highlighted two lines).
Press the first letter of the Field Name that you want to find (eg. B for Bank Account No.) it should then take you to the first Field that starts with that letter.

A another similar option. From Table Designer where you see the list of fields, put the focus on Field Name. Press Ctrl A that will select whole of the fields. Press the first letter of the Field Name that you want to find (eg. B for Bank Account No.) it should then take you to the first Field that starts with that letter. If you are not on the desired field repeat the process.
The best part of this method is once you are done with the fields on the first screen i.e. the rows available on opening the form , you will not have to do CTRL A for going on another record. Just continue to press the first character of the field required and the select all will be automatically available.

This is great, but...If you Press and Hold Shift and press down so that you highlight ALL lines and then Press CTRL (just once by itself) you can then continue hitting the first letter of a field (e.g. B for Bank Account No.) and it will take you through ALL fields begining with B (simular to Zoom)
