Interco 4.0 SP3 - Help

Has anyone implemented the Interco functionality in 4.0 SP3. I am trying to determine if this will work for our company and running into issues in testing. Error (..certain CAL functions can be used to a limited degree during write transactions...) when accepting transactions in the receiving company - report "complete IC inbox action".
