Stock Transfer Order Transactions

BeatriceBeatrice Member Posts: 346
Hi,

A user created a transfer order , released it and made a warehouse
shipment from "transfer-from" location. By mistake he later on reopened the transfer order before receiving the shipment at the "transfer-to" location.

He later on found that inbound transfer line at the receving location
was missing even after releasing the tranfer order.

We checked at the database level and found that in the table "warehouse
requests" the inbound transfer line corresponding to this transfer order is missing.

Pls advice.

regards
Beatrice.

I tested the scenario and found that the whse lines are not getting deleted. You check it on a sample transaction again.

    Hi!

    Thanks for reply.

We have tested it both at the client's place and in our office.

The inbound warehouse line gets deleted in the following case:

Create a transfer order, Release it.

Make the shipment to the Receiving location.

    Reopen the Transfer Order.

    Release the Transfer Order again.

Cannot make the receipt as the Inbound warehouse line cannot be found for the transfer order.

    Please advise.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Kind Regards,
    Beatrice.
