Create shortcut to desktop from 4.01

Hi
I'm woking on a local database with a 4.01 client. I want to create a shortcut to the desktop, so that I can test something with a Windows logon...But do I really have to have a form or report open, to make a shortcut? In version 3.70 you could link directly to the main menu?
Is there a speciel trick to do this?

In 3.70, the main menu was a form
