Hello everyone, maybe someone could help me.
When I click on OPEN COMPANY option the window popup becomes very big so is not possible to see it fully, I can see it only the lower right corner.
Have anyone had this error before?
is this due to any disorder on Navision?
or is due to any disorder on windows?

It sounds like you're .zup file is messed up

the zup file is where nav keeps the visual settings for youre client, window sizes etc.

search youre drive's for *.zup and delete the one accociated with youre client .

C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\fin.zup is the default location for this file

I had the same problem at work with my lovely co-workers. I usually just delete the zup file and have them rearrange their screen then it would be fine for awhile, until next time!!

    Now, I use different approach:
    1. Open Navision with "Big" screen.
    2. Hit <Tab> key then <Enter> key
    3. Now you should see part of the menu - click on one of the menu lines
    4. Now you should have a form opened up - enlarged it and go back to the menu.
    5. The problem is you have to do step 1 to 4 everytime you log back.

Just my way of getting user back to work without ....

You can press Alt then left arrow then Left arrow again. then down arrow. select Move. use the arrow keys to move the window so that you can see the top left corner, then press enter. then use the mouse to fix the size. This will stay permanent.

    Rashed,

Do I have to hold the Alt key for all 3 arrow keys or Alt then 3 arrow keys?

And is there a submenu to move the screen? I did not get the "Move" option!

    Thanks,

Coberpu, you press alt key and then left arrow key you won't any window.
you have to press alt key, then immedately left key arrow, then immediately down key arrow, so you will see a window popup where you can find move option.
    go ahead

Depending on what window is highlighted, you need to press press either two or one left arrow key. Also You press Alt and release the key. You press every key once and release it.

Also Try Alt+Space. At the same time and then select Move.

    I really feel stupid!
So I press the Alt key, without holding it down, then 2 left arrow keys then 1 down key. It actually bring up the view submenu, of tool bar, but I did not see move option anywhere!
Are we dealing with Navision special moving option or general MS moving options?
    I have 3.70b run time.

    Help!!!!  ](*,)

    Coberpu,
Doesn't works ? if you do the following :

    [alt key] then
then [down key], at this point should appear a popup with MOVE option scrolling down from the OPEN COMPANY window.

    Please Try.

I got the same problem with navision pan.
Its becomes fullscreen and nothing is happend.
After restarting the NAV it again shows the same problem.
Is this is problem of zup file?
