how to link Warehouse Entry to Item Ledger entry in navision

hi all;
i have a confusion in navision. does navision system have relation between the warehouse entry and the item ledger entry. how to find the original item ledger entry correspond to warehouse entry. any one can help me ? Thanks in advance.

There isn't really a direct link between warehouse entry and item ledger, especially if you are using pick and putaway. That is why warehouse can go out of sync with item ledger, and you have to run the whse adjust routine on item journal.

If you are just using warehouse ship and receipt, I guess you could link it by document no.
