Printer Collate Problem

Hello all;
I have a problem about print report.
I want a lot of sales invoice print one time. And I want each invoice for 4 copy print. I don't want to use collate paper.But collate check box is enabled by windows default.
How to automaticly this process in navision or windows printer properties.
How can I collate check box disabled by default, because our customers can forget it each times.
