How to modifiy the field "Blocked" on customer car

Can you tell me how where can i modifiy the value of the field "Blocked" on cutomer card?

The Blocked field should be on the General Tab of the Customer Card.

The field does not update automatically. The user have to make an conscience effort to push the drop down and change the value of the field.

Like they said above, you have to do it manually

What we have set up is a non-printing report that runs each evening in the job scheduler.

It checks the customer past due balance, if it has items over 30 days past due or if they are over their limit, it changes the field to Blocked ALL.
