Hi,
I have a 4.0 SP2 base database. I have a patch for the same version. I want to upgrade the database. Should i use the Navision Developers Toolkit or is there in any other way to do it.

Well, you can do it manually:
-in objects that aren't changed, you can just put the new version.
-in objects you changed, you can put the new version and then add your changes. To see the differences, you can use any tool that can confront text-files or you can use the NDT to confront them.
But why should you upgrade from SP2 to SP3. In general this has only sense in case you encountered a bug that is resolved in SP3.
In case you want to profit from the technical changes in SP3, you can just do a technical upgrade (=the client and the NAS).Regards,Alain Krikilion
